💳 Subscription & Payments
How much does AirCook subscription cost?
AirCook offers two subscription plans: monthly and annual. Prices may vary depending on your country and are always displayed in the app before purchase. The annual plan offers significant savings compared to monthly payments.
Can I try AirCook for free?
Yes! We offer a 7-day free trial for new users. During this time, you can use all premium features. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically renew.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time:
On iOS (iPhone/iPad):
- Open Settings on your device
- Tap your name at the top
- Select "Subscriptions"
- Find AirCook and select "Cancel Subscription"
On Android:
- Open Google Play
- Tap the profile icon
- Select "Payments & subscriptions" → "Subscriptions"
- Find AirCook and select "Cancel subscription"
Remember to cancel at least 24 hours before the end of your billing period.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by the App Store (Apple) or Google Play according to their policies. If you believe you're entitled to a refund, please contact Apple or Google directly through their support centers. We cannot process refunds directly.
What happens after I cancel my subscription?
After canceling, you'll keep access to premium features until the end of your paid period. After that, your account will switch to the free version, but you'll retain access to your favorite recipes and shopping lists.
👤 Account & Data
How do I create an AirCook account?
You can create an account in three ways: using an email address, Google account, or Apple account. Simply download the app, choose your preferred registration method, and follow the on-screen instructions.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account in the app settings. Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. Please note that this action is irreversible and all your data (favorites, shopping lists, meal plans) will be permanently deleted.
What data does AirCook collect?
We only collect data necessary for the app to function: your email address (for account management) and anonymous analytics that help us improve the app. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties.
Is my data synced across devices?
Yes! If you log in to the same account on different devices, your favorite recipes, shopping lists, and meal plans will be automatically synchronized.
📱 App Features
Are recipes available offline?
Currently, recipes require an internet connection. We're working on a feature to download recipes for offline use in future updates.
How does portion scaling work?
For each recipe, you can change the number of servings using the + and - buttons. The app automatically recalculates all ingredient quantities. For example, if a recipe serves 4 and you want to cook for 2, all ingredients will be proportionally reduced.
How do I add a recipe to my shopping list?
Open your chosen recipe and tap the "Add to Shopping List" button. The ingredients will be automatically added. If you add multiple recipes, ingredients will be combined and summed up.
Can I plan meals for the entire week?
Yes! The weekly planning feature allows you to assign recipes to specific days and meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner). It's a great way to organize your cooking and shopping.

Where do AirCook recipes come from?
All recipes are created and tested by our team specifically for air fryer preparation. We ensure that every recipe is verified and delicious.
Are nutritional values accurate?
Nutritional and caloric values are approximate and may vary depending on the specific products you use, their manufacturer, and preparation method. Treat them as a guide, not exact information. If you're on a special diet, consult a dietitian.
Can I add my own recipes?
Currently, there's no option to add your own recipes to the app. We focus on providing tested, professionally prepared recipes. If you have a recipe suggestion, feel free to contact us!
What about allergies and food intolerances?
Always check recipe ingredients for allergens. We display the ingredient list for each recipe, but we cannot guarantee that products you purchase don't contain trace amounts of allergens. If you have severe allergies, always check product labels.

The app isn't working properly. What should I do?
Try the following steps:
- Make sure you have the latest version of the app
- Close the app and reopen it
- Check your internet connection
- Restart your device

What devices does AirCook work on?
AirCook works on iPhones with iOS 15 or later and Android devices with Android 8.0 or later. The app is optimized for both phones and tablets.
