§ 1. General Provisions

1. These Terms of Service govern the use of the AirCook mobile application (hereinafter: "Application").
2. The owner and operator of the Application is Codeque Karol Bryzgiel, located at ul. Batalionu Zośka 18A, 05-800 Pruszków, Poland (hereinafter: "Service Provider").
3. Contact with the Service Provider is possible via e-mail: hello@aircook.app.
4. Using the Application constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Service.

§ 2. Definitions

• Application – the AirCook mobile application available for iOS and Android devices.
• User – a natural person using the Application.
• Account – an individual User account in the Application.
• Subscription – paid access to premium features of the Application.
• Recipe – culinary content containing ingredients, preparation instructions, and nutritional values.

§ 3. Technical Requirements

1. Using the Application requires a mobile device with iOS or Android operating system and an active internet connection.
2. The Application is available for download on the App Store (iOS) and Google Play (Android).

§ 4. Registration and Account

1. Using the Application requires creating an Account.
2. Registration is possible via email address or through a Google or Apple account.
3. The User is obliged to provide accurate information during registration.
4. The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account credentials.
5. The Application may be used by persons who are at least 13 years old. Persons under 18 years of age should use the Application with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

§ 5. Scope of Services

1. The Application allows:
   • Browsing culinary recipes designed for air fryer devices
   • Creating shopping lists based on selected recipes
   • Adding recipes to favorites
   • Weekly meal planning
   • Scaling recipe portions
   • Displaying approximate nutritional and caloric values
   • Searching and filtering recipes
2. The Application operates on a freemium model – some features are available for free, while others require an active Subscription.

§ 6. Subscriptions and Payments

1. The Application offers Subscriptions in monthly and annual plans.
2. Current Subscription prices are displayed in the Application and may vary depending on the User's country.
3. New Users may take advantage of a 7-day free trial period.
4. Subscription payments are processed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).
5. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of the billing period unless the User cancels at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
6. Subscription cancellation is possible in the account settings of the App Store or Google Play.
7. Refund policies are subject to the terms of the App Store and Google Play.

§ 7. Intellectual Property Rights

1. All content in the Application, including recipes, graphics, texts, logos, and user interface, are the property of the Service Provider and are protected by copyright law.
2. The User may use the Application content for personal use only.
3. Copying, distributing, or using the Application content for commercial purposes without written consent from the Service Provider is prohibited.
4. The User may share recipes and shopping lists with others using the sharing function built into the Application.

§ 8. Nutritional Values and Health Disclaimers

1. Nutritional and caloric values presented in the Application are approximate and may differ from actual values depending on the ingredients used, their manufacturer, and preparation method.
2. The content in the Application does not constitute medical, dietary, or nutritional advice.
3. Users should consult with a doctor or dietitian before making changes to their diet.
4. The User is responsible for verifying ingredients for allergies and food intolerances.
5. The Service Provider is not liable for any health consequences resulting from preparing or consuming meals based on recipes from the Application.

§ 9. Personal Data Protection

1. The controller of Users' personal data is the Service Provider.
2. Personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR).
3. In connection with using the Application, we collect the User's email address for Account management purposes.
4. For analytical purposes, we use the Supabase service.
5. Detailed information on personal data processing can be found in the Privacy Policy.

§ 10. User Obligations

1. The User agrees to use the Application in accordance with its intended purpose and applicable law.
2. Actions that may disrupt the operation of the Application are prohibited.
3. Attempts to gain unauthorized access to the Service Provider's systems are prohibited.

§ 11. Liability

1. The Service Provider makes every effort to ensure the Application operates correctly and is available continuously.
2. The Service Provider is not liable for interruptions in the Application's operation caused by technical reasons, maintenance, or force majeure.
3. The Service Provider is not liable for consequences resulting from improper use of the Application by the User.
4. The Service Provider's liability is limited to the amount of fees paid by the User for the Subscription in the last 12 months.

§ 12. Account Deletion

1. The User may delete their Account at any time using the option available in the Application settings.
2. The Service Provider may suspend or delete a User's Account in case of violation of these Terms of Service.
3. Account deletion does not entitle the User to a refund for the unused Subscription period.

§ 13. Changes to the Terms of Service

1. The Service Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service.
2. Users will be notified of changes to the Terms of Service through the Application or via email.
3. Continued use of the Application after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms of Service.

§ 14. Final Provisions

1. Matters not regulated by these Terms of Service shall be governed by Polish law.
2. Any disputes arising from the use of the Application shall be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the Service Provider's registered office.
3. If any provision of these Terms of Service is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in force.
4. These Terms of Service come into effect on January 16, 2026.
